Airborne cargo container (bag)

The airborne cargo container (soft parachute container) is designed to accommodate firefighting equipment, tabor and other property, and its landing from aircraft by parachute and non-parachute method, as well as with the help of descent devices. The container has a cylindrical shape. The straps are sewn to the side surface of the container, except for its middle part, where they form handles for carrying, and at the top loops for attaching a cargo parachute or RAS. It is made of high-strength materials "Avizent U40 15-VO-100" art. C21-YUD with water-repellent finish (VO), fabric density-393 gr/m2, khaki colour, GOST 2306-93 or synthetic fabric with similar properties. Seams on the container made kapron threads number 9, in accordance with Instruction No. 008-62 on troop repair of parachute and paratrooper equipment and the Manual on the average repair of parachute and paratrooper equipment.
