Air Heater TBG-1.6M for Efficient Heating of Air in Various Applications

Purpose: Air heater TBG is designed to transfer heat during combustion of solid, liquid and gas fuel to atmospheric air, which is blown between the walls of round heat exchangers and combustion chamber. Due to the heat exchanger there is no contact of combustion products with heated air. It is used for drying of agricultural products in grain dryers, as well as for heating of production facilities.

Design features: TBG-1,6M, useful heat output up to 1 600 000 kcal/h.

TBG is a horizontal type indirect heater with cylindrical furnace and cylindrical heat exchanger. A burner is attached to the end of the furnace. There is a protective grate to protect personnel from burns and an explosion valve to protect the furnace from destruction in case of explosion of flammable gases.

Advantages: works on all types of fuel, safe in operation, the combustion chamber is made of heat-resistant stainless steel.
