Air Drying Unit "UOV" Adsorption Type for Effective Humidity Control

Dehumidifiers "UOV" adsorption type are designed to reduce humidity in various rooms. The dehumidifier absorbs moisture from the flow of treated air passing through its rotor filled with silica gel. The rotor design forms two separated streams of treated and regenerating air.

The humid air stream passes through the dry part of the rotor, the moisture is absorbed by the silica gel and the dry air is returned back to the room. The regenerating air stream is discharged outside the room together with the moisture. During the operation of the dehumidifier, the rotor rotates continuously, which ensures a continuous, automated process.

The great advantage of dehumidifying the air with this type of dehumidifier is the drying of air, the temperature of which can be as low as -20 degrees Celsius.
