Description
Air coolers are designed for air cooling in storage chambers of chilled and frozen products of distribution and production refrigerators, vegetable storages, as well as in other cooled rooms as part of refrigeration plants. The air cooler consists of a cooling battery with distribution headers, a sump and axial fans. The principle of operation of the air cooler is based on the surface (dry) method of air cooling, in which the air gives up heat to the coolant flowing inside the finned pipes. The air is circulated through the air cooler by means of fans. Relatively warm air is drawn by the fans from the volume of the chamber to be cooled, blown through a battery where it is cooled and reintroduced into the chamber space. Circulation of the refrigerating agent through the pipes of the battery is provided by the operation of the refrigeration machine.
