Air-Cooled Ice Cube Maker LG-80/40K-02 for Beverage Cooling

Ice cube ice makers with air-cooled condenser LG-80/40K-02 are designed for the production of high-density cube ice, used for long-term cooling of drinks in cafes, bars, restaurants. The hopper of ice makers is made of food moulded plastic, insulated with high density polyurethane foam and installed above the cooling unit with air cooling type. For ease of maintenance and repair, all the panelling is easily removable and made of high quality stainless steel.

The operation of the ice makers is ensured by the controller, which is responsible for the operation of the water injection system and the horizontal evaporator, which are downward facing truncated cones. Water, supplied under pressure by an inbuilt pump, is sprayed through nozzles onto the evaporator. Ice forms inside the moulds and falls out of the moulds when they are briefly heated.

To protect against damage, the ice maker is equipped with an automatic shut-off system.
