AEMPD Series Agitator - Pressure Vessel for Effective Mechanical Mixing

Akratophore series AEMP (Apparatus of capacitive with mechanical stirring) - is a cylindrical vessel operating under pressure. The inner flask consists of a shell, torospherical bottoms, spiral heat-exchange jacket(s) on the outer side. The inner flask is wrapped with heat-insulating material and lined with stainless steel sheeting.

Necessary equipment includes manhole, overpressure safety valve, antivacuum valve, pressure gauge, thermometer, 2 pressure sensors, tapping for complete drainage, clean product intake, sampler, washing head, side stationary agitator. It is installed vertically on supports. The tank is made to order, technical characteristics are specified in the technical task, drawings and specifications.
