Spring mattresses, based on the Zonal independent spring block (3-zone, 5-zone, 7-zone). On it are laid the other ingredients, sporbond, thermovolok, foam, latex, coconut coir, volumetric nonwoven material, horsehair, Memory Foam, stean mattress fabric, etc. The type and number of layers depends on the qualities that the finished mattress should have.Thermal fibre is attached to the spring block, which allows the main part of the fillings to be isolated from the spring block.

After isolation, different fillings are applied (at the customer's request). Reinforcement of the perimeter of the mattress, (PPU box). Cover - Mattress fabric is quilted on the filler syntepon and foam PPU, as a result we get a multi-layer cover.

The edges of the cover are processed. After the cover is made, it is edged on the edging machine (around the perimeter of the top and bottom of the mattress cover is covered with a special dense edging tape width of 30-42 mm. The final stage is mattress packing.
