A1-BLS-150 separator

Separator A1-BLS-150 is designed for separation from wheat grain of impurities differing from it in width, thickness and aerodynamic properties. The separator is installed in grain cleaning departments of elevators and as a part of complete equipment for newly built mills. Technical productivity at cleaning of wheat with density 760 kg/m3, humidity up to 15% and clogging up to 3%, t/h, not less - 150 Efficiency of cleaning from separable weed impurity, %, not less - 40. The separator is manufactured in climatic version "U" of category 3 of GOST 15150. Operating conditions: ambient temperature from 243 to 313K (from -40 degrees C to + 40 degrees C); relative air humidity 40-80%. The separator is a complex including a grid separator, two pneumatic separating channels, two distributors, two horizontal cyclones (not included in the delivery set, supplied separately at the Customer's request).
