The nominal capacity of the tank determines the chiller model
The design of the chiller determines its type. Model M2-1000 is an open type chiller of vertical design. A distinctive feature of the milk cooler model M2-1000 is the use of patented slotted evaporator, which provides a significant safety margin for high pressure, which is formed by the refrigerant evaporator.
