ASN is designed to determine the current coordinates, time and speed vector on the signals of satellite radionavigation systems GLONASS, GPS, to store this information and transfer it to the GSM 900/1800 cellular network to the dispatch centre, as well as for control, display of alphanumeric information and implementation of the specified functions of voice communication and operational exchange of text messages between the driver of the vehicle and the dispatch centre. ACN can be installed on motor or electric vehicles engaged in passenger transport.
