Conveyor upper roller, with through / blind bald, smooth (RKG/RKGL), is installed in roller supports on all types of conveyors produced by JSC "PTM" (KLS, KLST, KLK, KLKT, KLKT, KLKT, KLT, KLPT, KLP, KLPT, KLPT, KLPP, KLPPT), as well as conveyors of other manufacturers for operation in metallurgical, mining, coal, elevator, cement, port industries, thermal and nuclear power plants; at hazardous production facilities, including those hazardous by gas and dust and are designed to support the belt.
The roller is a shell (tube), into which bearing housings are pressed from both sides. In the middle of this structure there is an axle with bearings pressed on it from both ends and an outer pair of labyrinth seal bushings.
The inner sleeves of the labyrinth seals are pressed into the bearing housings. The labyrinth seals provide protection against dust ingress into the bearing units.
