The cable contains a core of modular construction with a central power element made of dielectric rod, around which optical modules with freely laid fibres are twisted. The free space in the optical modules and in the cable core is filled with hydrophobic gel.
An intermediate sheath made of polyethylene is overlaid on the core. Aramid filaments are spirally applied on the intermediate sheath.
On top of the filaments is a sheath made of a non-combustible, halogen-free polymer composition with low smoke emission.
Fully dielectric; UV resistant; Does not spread combustion.
