Paromechanical nozzles are designed for atomisation of furnace fuel oil GOST 10585-75 and use as fuel oil burners of steam and hot-water boilers. Paromechanical nozzles are manufactured according to TU 28.21.11-001-87875767-2022 in accordance with OST 108.836.03-80 and GOST 23689-79 and structurally consist of a spraying nozzle paromechanical head (GRFPM) and a barrel with a locking unit for connection of fuel and steam supply pipelines.
The head implements a combined method of fuel atomisation, combining the centrifugal effect and the effect of hydrodynamic and ultrasonic cavitation, with the generation and superimposition of acoustic and ultrasonic vibrations on the fuel plume. Chemical reactions proceed at high speeds and begin at reduced temperatures.
