Indoor: velour, microfibre, faux leather. Russian factories test fabrics to GOST 30157 colorfastness — request the test report before bulk order.
•Are poufs available with removable washable covers?
Yes — virtually all models have full-perimeter YKK zipper covers, machine-washable at 30°C. Inner liner with EPS stays untouched. For hospitality projects we offer a second matching cover (MOQ 50) to rotate during laundry cycles. Specify zipper colour and brand (YKK vs SBS) in your PO.

Poufs ship in vacuum-compressed bags inside flat cartons — saves 70-80% of container volume vs pre-filled. Customer fills locally with EPS beads (supplied separately or sourced regionally). One 40HQ container fits 400-600 compressed poufs vs 80-120 pre-filled. Cover-only shipment is also possible for buyers who source EPS locally.
•Are fire-retardant fillers and fabrics available?
Yes. FR-treated EPS beads (Crib 5 / BS 5852) and FR fabrics (EN 1021-1/2) are available with surcharge ~15-20%.
