The proposed complex is designed for dry cleaning of walls and gondola bottoms from snow, cargo residues, dust and dirt.
The basic complex consists of a cleaning harvester. Additionally, a vacuum pumping system consisting of a hopper-sedimenter and a vacuum unit can be supplied.
The complex allows for high-quality cleaning of gondola wagons without polluting the environment, thanks to a high degree of automation, there is practically no need to use manual labour.
For cleaning, a cleaning combine equipped with horizontal and vertical brush cleaners is placed in the car being treated on a special suspension by means of a manipulator or other lifting device. After start-up, the harvester makes a translational movement within the gondola car and cleans it. The contamination swept away by the brush cleaners is discharged into the hopper-sedimenter due to the vacuum created by the vacuum unit. At the end of cleaning, the harvester is moved to the next wagon.
