Triumph RPL 081 double-sided reaming device is designed for simultaneous double-sided reaming of band saw teeth up to 60 mm wide, used on horizontal and vertical band sawmills and band splitting machines. Band saw teeth are reamed in a repetitive pattern: tooth reaming to the left, straight (without reaming) and then tooth reaming to the right.
The left and right teeth are used for sawing wood, while the straight and unbranched teeth are used for removing sawdust. In this type of device, the teeth can be adjusted simultaneously in both directions (left and right) by pressing the lever.
The centre tooth remains straight and unbranched, as it should. The size of the spread is about 0.5 of the saw thickness with a deviation of 0.02 - 0.03 mm from the size.
