Hobbing equipment for bevelled wheels with circular teeth
The machines are designed for roughing and finishing of bevel wheels with circular teeth. The machining is carried out by rolling or plunging method, as well as by combined method with hobbing heads.
The main features of the machines in achieving high quality characteristics are:
-Techniques of finishing of base surfaces of machine tools to the necessary class of norms of geometrical accuracy are applied;
-New drives for the main motion of the tool spindle and workpiece rotation with the shortest possible kinematic chain are installed;
-Kinematic error of end links (worm gears and hypoid pairs) is monitored with subsequent compensation of revealed errors, kinematic error is detected by a kinematometer manufactured in accordance with copyright certificate No. 1015245 dated 22 May 1981;
