PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
The operation of the indicator is based on the comparison of the voltage drop on the insulating connection with the reference voltage. The comparison takes place on alternating current, so the complex electrical resistance of the insulating connection is taken into account.
The indicator is switched on automatically, if the electrical resistance between the contact webs is less than 0.5 megohms, or if voltage is present. Switching off occurs 3-5 seconds after switching off the contact webs.
