must comply with group OZh2 according to GOST 15150-69
Transportation and storage of cables shall comply with the following requirements

Cables are intended for operation in cable constructions and premises. Armoured single-core cables of VBShvng(A)-FRLSLTx grades are intended for operation at constant voltage.
