Certification continues to reference the manufacturer. Some factories also assemble complete boards to your single-line diagram, shipping tested panels instead of loose components.
•What do the climatic execution codes like UHL1 mean for my market?
Russian products carry GOST 15150 climatic codes defining ambient ranges: UHL covers moderate and cold climates, T marks tropical execution with humidity and mould resistance, and the digit states placement from outdoor to heated indoor. Specify a tropical or general climatic version when ordering for the Gulf, Africa or humid coastal regions.

Yes, SPDs are offered in Class I, II and III per the IEC 61643 classification, with coordination tables for cascading from service entrance to socket level. Popular modular devices ship from factory stock within 1–2 weeks. Vacuum circuit breakers, protection relays and non-standard climatic executions are produced to order in 4–8 weeks. Consolidated cargo trucks to Central Asia in 7–14 days; sea routes via Novorossiysk or St. Petersburg add 25–45 days depending on destination.
