Ask for both the g/m2 figure and a fabric swatch; together they tell you more than a thread-count number alone.

Sewing from in-stock white fabric typically starts around 100-300 sets, depending on the factory. Custom-dyed fabric or woven logos raise the minimum to roughly 500-1,000 sets. Standard practice is individual polybags packed into cartons or compressed bales; baling reduces shipped volume noticeably for blankets and pillows. From confirmed order and advance payment, sewing typically takes 25-45 days depending on volume and season. Add about a week for export formalities, then transit: 10-20 days overland to Central Asia, or 30-45 days by sea via Novorossiysk or St. Petersburg to the Gulf, East Africa or Latin America.
•Are the disposable sheets suitable for medical use in my country?
