•What is the usual minimum order for household washing machines?
Most plants quote container-based pricing: a 40 ft container holds roughly 60 to 90 machines depending on drum size and packing. Smaller trial orders of 10 to 20 units are usually possible at a higher unit price, often combined with other appliances to fill a truck or container.
•Are the machines compatible with our power grid?
Russian household machines are built for 220 V / 50 Hz, which matches the grids of Central Asia, the Gulf states, and most of Africa. If your market uses 60 Hz or different plug standards, raise it in the inquiry — some factories can adapt motors and supply region-specific plugs for volume orders.
•Can we order machines under our own brand?
Private labelling is common practice for volume buyers. Factories can typically apply your brand to the front panel, control fascia, packaging and manuals from a few hundred units. Detergent producers offer the same for powders, which lets distributors build a matched appliance-plus-consumables line.
•How are spare parts and warranty handled for an importer?
The standard arrangement is a factory warranty of 12 to 24 months supported through the importer. Suppliers ship a recommended spare-parts kit (pumps, belts, heating elements, control boards) with the first container so your local service workshop can handle most repairs without waiting for international shipments.
•What documents accompany an export shipment?
A typical set includes the commercial invoice, packing list, EAC declaration of conformity, certificate of origin on request, and user manuals. Manuals are normally in Russian and English; translation masters for local-language printing can be provided for larger orders.
