PPVTM produces hot steam-water mixture or steam (hereinafter referred to as heat carrier) for cleaning, defrosting and heating of industrial equipment.
PVTM features:
-conversion of feed liquid into heat carrier not by heating, but by mechanical friction between fixed walls and rotating rotor of mechanical cavitation unit;
-the presence of permanent magnets on the walls of the cavitation unit. Magnets generate currents heating the rotor and excite a magnetic field magnetising the feed liquid, which acquires a homogeneous structure, increased fluidity and the ability to dissolve various impurities, preventing their deposition in the cavitation unit and simplifying their removal together with the coolant.
Advantages of the PVTM are: obtaining a continuous flow of coolant within 6 min. after switching on, and high efficiency, as the feed liquid is heated without transfer of heat energy from an external heating source with inevitable associated losses..
