From confirmed order and advance payment, sewing typically takes 25-45 days depending on volume and season. Add about a week for export formalities, then transit: 10-20 days overland to Central Asia, or 30-45 days by sea via Novorossiysk or St. Petersburg to the Gulf, East Africa or Latin America.
