Makiwara art. L23TPE is designed for training in various types of martial arts and is a necessary equipment for practicing the technique of single, serial and combination of blows in dynamics, as well as for the development of the strength of blows with hands and feet.
The makiwara has a rectangular shape. On the back surface there are two straps made of 5 cm wide kapron braid and a handle reinforced with natural leather for comfortable grip.
