•How do I verify the real load capacity of shelving and racking?
Russian manufacturers state load per shelf and per section in the product passport, derived from factory testing of the profile and beam design. Ask for the passport and the assembly scheme with your quote. For pallet racking, provide your pallet weights and forklift type so the factory selects appropriate beam sections.
•How much container space does shelving actually take?
Very little, because boltless systems ship as flat bundles of posts, beams and shelf panels. As a rough figure, a 20 ft container can carry shelving for several hundred square metres of warehouse. The factory produces a packing list with exact volumes once your configuration is fixed.
•Can workbenches be configured with specific drawers and accessories?
Yes, workbench lines are modular: you select tabletop type, drawer blocks, back panels, lighting and power strips from the catalogue, and the factory assembles the combination. This is standard order practice, not custom engineering, so configured benches usually keep normal lead times of 20-30 days.
•What corrosion protection is available for humid or coastal climates?
Powder coating over phosphated steel is standard and adequate for indoor use. For washdown areas, coastal warehouses or unheated buildings in humid regions, request galvanised shelving or stainless elements, which many factories offer as a catalogue option at a price premium.
•Is there a minimum order, or can we trial one rack first?
Single-bay trial orders are possible but freight-inefficient; most buyers start with a small consolidated lot, a few benches plus several shelving bays, to evaluate steel gauge and coating quality. Volume pricing typically activates from truckload or container quantities.
