•Can gas water heaters be adapted for LPG instead of natural gas?
Yes, this is a routine factory option. Specify LPG (propane-butane) in your order and the burner jets and valve settings are configured before shipment. Field conversion kits exist for some models, but factory configuration is more reliable and keeps the warranty intact.
•How do the tanks cope with hard or mineral-rich water?
Most storage models use enamelled steel tanks with a magnesium anode sized for aggressive water; stainless-tank versions are available at a premium. Suppliers recommend anode inspection roughly once a year in hard-water regions, and replacement anodes are inexpensive and easy to stock.
•What capacities are available for hotels and institutions?
Beyond household sizes of 30 to 100 litres, several plants build storage heaters and water-heating tanks in the 200 to 1000 litre range, and jacketed cooking kettles from 50 litres upward for catering. For central hot-water systems, suppliers can propose cascade configurations with technical drawings.
•What is the typical lead time and shipping route?
Stock models usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks of payment. Sea freight goes FOB Novorossiysk or St. Petersburg; buyers in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the wider region typically use direct trucking, which takes about 10 to 20 days door to door depending on customs.
•Is installation support available in our country?
Manufacturers do not usually keep installation crews abroad, but they provide detailed installation manuals, piping schematics and remote engineering support by video call. For larger institutional projects, some plants will send a commissioning engineer; the cost is agreed per project.
