initial stage - slightly enlarged prostate gland,
prostate with two separate dense nodules (in the left and right lobes),
prostate with a large tumour,
terminal stage of invasive prostate cancer - total replacement of the prostate with a cancerous tumour (the gland is dense and irregular).
