In the framework of the project implementation, a tool will be created to assess the efficiency of the applied chemistry, which will allow to increase the efficiency of decision-making on optimisation of the applied chemistry, its dosages, as well as to ensure transparency of relations in the production chain between suppliers of raw materials, production and transport services, as well as the supplier of finished chemical reagents with their consumers.
During the implementation of the tool, convergence between the results of predictive model calculations and the actual efficiency data obtained during the pilot study will be confirmed, corrosion rate assessment sensors and chemical dosing systems will be tested, which are integrated into the overall system and allow online adjustment of consumption either by changing the dosage independently or by giving recommendations on its change to the relevant services.
