The cooker on a stand, without a frying cabinet, is designed for heat treatment of food in the plate in the kitchens of catering enterprises. The upper module with 4 burners (heating elements of spiral type burners) is installed on a stand.
The burner power is regulated stepwise by setting the burner switches in position I, II, III, which corresponds to the burner heating modes: weak, medium, strong. The burner mounting points are universal, which allows to install burners with spiral heating elements or burners with heating elements in the form of heating elements.
