Convection electric oven of injection type KPP-4-1/2 (hereinafter - oven) is designed for cooking food in different modes:
- dry heating (fan + hot air);
- wet heating (fan + hot air + water injection).
The oven is designed for cooking food at catering enterprises. Cooking is carried out in
manual mode by setting the required values of temperature and time by knobs. Injection is carried out in manual mode. In the ovens KPP-4-1/2 trays of 325x265 size are used. The operating temperature range is 20-270°C, the installed emergency thermoregulator protects the oven from overheating above 320°C. The body and the inner surface of the oven cavity are made of high quality stainless steel. Rounded corners of the oven cavity allow you to get excellent results when cooking.
