1. The oven is designed for baking a wide range of gingerbread, biscuits and other confectionery products as part of flow-mechanised lines at temperatures up to 300 ° C.

The oven consists of a baking chamber, furnace with a burner, a system of gas ducts for the distribution of heating gases on the bodies, return gas ducts with a recirculation fan, doors of the baking chamber, drive station, mesh or ribbon feed, the system of extraction of vapours upeoka from the baking chamber, tension and drive stations, automatic aligner tape, vapour moistening system, electrical equipment, cladding and thermal insulation.
The oven drive is equipped with a frequency regulator, which allows to regulate the speed of the oven net feed within the range from 10 to 30 minutes of baking time.
The design of the oven allows for the installation of a gas burner in it.
