Boiler food boiling steam is designed for cooking broths, third courses and boiling water. The finished product is drained by a 2" tap on the front panel.
The convenient lid handle locks in any position. The water is heated by steam-water jacket method by steam supply from the steam line.
The material of the vessel and liner is corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304. The boiler is supplied with mounting feet.
