When the wagon is tilted in the transverse direction (in relation to the direction of wagon movement), the rods move (one rod moves upwards, the other rod moves downwards).
At the same time, taking into account the rigid connection between the levers and the torsion shaft, the levers, taking the load from the rods, twist the torsion shaft in accordance with the direction of movement of the rods (one lever twists the torsion shaft clockwise, the other twists the torsion shaft anti-clockwise). When the torsion shaft is torqued, an elastic counter force is generated in the torsion shaft, tending to return the system to its original position and thereby counteracting the tilt
