Electric sectional modulated roasting cabinet of the SHEZhP type (SHEZhP-1 (1 section), SHEZhP-2 (2 sections), SHEZhP-3 (3 sections)) consists of the same type of roasting chambers, installed on a stand with height-adjustable legs for one- and two-sectional cabinets, and on a base with height-adjustable legs for three-sectional cabinets. The cabinet construction is frameless. Each chamber, in turn, consists of a steel box, removable rails for trays, baking sheet, upper and lower blocks of heating elements. The module has an opening door at the front and is covered with a lid at the top.
