Gadolinium oxide for vacuum deposition, TU 20.59.59-001-38857157-2023. It is white to cream coloured tablets, diameter 12-25 mm and height 5-15 mm. The chemical formula is Gd2O3.
The area of transparency is 0.22- >1 µm. The refractive index n in the film at l= 550 nm is 1.8. Apparent density is 5.5-7.4 g/cm3.
The corresponding high purity oxide is used as the main raw material. The delivery set includes the product packed in polyethylene cans or bags, provided with labels indicating the contents of the cans or bags, as well as a document on the quality of the product.
