Description

High-pressure cylinder with loop steam flow consists of: cast housings (outer and inner) with horizontal split, with flanging; CVD cages with flanging; one-piece forged high-pressure rotor (HPR). Steam distribution - nozzle, steam supply to the DDC is made through two stop valves and seven control valves.

The flow part of the DDC is of reactive type and consists of one regulating and nineteen pressure stages of reactive type. The regulating stage and ten pressure stages located in the inner casing form the left steam flow.

The remaining nine pressure stages are located in two cages and form the right flow. The design of the DDC is based on honeycomb overbandage seals.The DDC is equipped with a system of additional heating of thick-walled elements of the casing (flanges of box-less type), for their uniform heating during start-ups, and cooling down during shutdowns.The total weight of the equipment is 240 tonnes.
