Operation of blast chiller ShOK-40 is allowed at ambient air temperature up to +35 ° C and relative humidity from 40 to 70%.
ShOK-40 Abat blast chiller is equipped with two trolleys TDSh-40-11 for 20 levels each for GN 1/1 gastronorms, instead of trolleys it is possible to install guides for 40 levels of universal guides for GN 1/1 gastronorms (530x325 mm) up to 65 mm deep or EN 1/1 (600x400 mm), the distance between levels is 70 mm.
