The curd bath is the main element of the curd production line in the traditional way. It is usually used together with press trolleys and other equipment for cooling and pressing the finished curd. Used curd bath in the dairy industry and is designed for heating normalised milk to the temperature of introduction of starter, milk squashing in the process of formation, cooling curd clot (calle), to obtain curd from milk with subsequent separation of whey in the bath self-pressing.
