"Static, unidirectional three-phase multitariff universal transformer or direct inclusion meter, with built-in microcontroller and with a variety of interfaces counting mechanism to exchange information with external devices.
The meter of direct inclusion is designed for accounting of active and reactive electric energy in four-wire AC networks with nominal voltage of 3x230/400V. The basic (maximum) current is 5(100) A. The meter, switched on through a current transformer, is designed for accounting of active and reactive electrical energy in four-wire AC networks with nominal voltage of 3x230/400V. Rated (maximum) current is 5(10)A. The meter, included through current and voltage transformers, is designed for metering of active and reactive electrical energy in four-wire AC networks with nominal voltage of 3x57.7/100V. Rated (maximum) current is 5(10)A.
The meter is produced in the case:
- 9mTN35 - mounting on the rail TN35 according to GOST R IEC 60715 (DIN-rail), width 157 mm (9 modules of 17.5 mm), IP51.
For each modification of the counters there is a release of versions containing the following additional devices or functions:
- additional communication interface (RS-485, RF868, PLC, PLC.G3/RF868, ZigBee);
- programmable load switching on/off control output.
Display of consumed electrical energy is carried out on the liquid crystal display (hereinafter - LCD) of the meter.
The meter displays readings directly in kilowatt-hours (kWh) when measuring active energy and in kilovar-hours (kvar-h) when measuring reactive energy.
reactive energy measurement. The amount of stored electricity is displayed as eight digits, with the three or two lower digits separated by a comma, representing thousandths or hundredths of kWh (kvarh) for transformer or direct current meters, respectively.
The LCD displays:
- values of accumulated cumulative total of active and reactive energy
for each (up to 8) tariffs with indication of the tariff number;
- total (for all tariffs) value of accumulated cumulative total active and reactive energy
consumed active and reactive energy;
- current active, reactive and total power for each phase and
total value (reference value);
- voltage and current for each phase (reference value);
- mains frequency (reference value);
- power factor per phase and total value (reference value); power factor per phase and total value (reference value); power factor per phase and total value (reference value).
value);
- phase shift between current and voltage in each phase (reference value); phase shift between current and voltage in each phase (reference value); phase shift between current and voltage in each phase (reference value).
value);
- phase shift between phase voltages (reference value);
- absence of phase voltage (flashing symbol for phase A, B or C);
- open key symbol (if the terminal block cover is not fitted);
- backup battery voltage (reference value);
- current time and date;
- network address of the meter;
- software version;
- software numeric identifier;
- date and time of the last access to the optional interface.
Meters provide registration and storage in non-volatile memory
the following information:
- values of metered active and reactive energy accumulated cumulatively from the moment of manufacture
total and for each (up to 8) tariffs;
- values of metered active and reactive energy by tariffs for each month of the year;

- values of metered active and reactive energy, as well as maximum active and reactive power
half-hourly power slices for the last 123 days;
- instantaneous values of active, reactive and full load power
phase by phase and total value (reference value);
- instantaneous values of effective voltage and current for each phase
(reference value);
- clock calibration factor;
- voltage of the built-in battery of the backup power supply (reference value); voltage of the built-in battery of the backup power supply (reference value)
