Description

Polariscope-polarimeter is designed to determine the double refraction in flat workpieces and products made of transparent and weakly coloured materials; it is used for quantitative estimation of the double refraction value by the Senarmon method with an error not exceeding 10 nm, for estimation of the double refraction distribution in the object by interference colouring, for studies of the double refraction distribution in the object in light polarised in a circle.

Advantages of the device: a large viewable field allows you to control large-sized workpieces and parts, as well as to perform simultaneous control of several samples.
