The long-term pasteurisation bath is designed for heat treatment with stirring of milk, milk mixtures, milk processing products. The pasteurisation bath consists of an inner stainless bath enclosed in a casing and an outer lining.
A water drainage spigot is led downwards from the inter-wall space. A valve and a cold water supply pipe are connected to it. Overflow pipes are used to maintain a constant water level in the inter-wall space. Mixing of the product in the pasteurisation bath is carried out by a stirrer rotating from a gearmotor. Control of the temperature change of the product and water in the inter-wall space is carried out with the help of thermocouples.
