The surface grinding machine with a cross table and horizontal spindle model LSH-630F2 (hereinafter referred to as the machine) is designed for grinding flat surfaces of workpieces made of materials used in mechanical engineering by the periphery and face of the wheel.
The accuracy class of the machine is B according to GOST 8-82.
Type of climatic execution - UHL4. Placement category 4.1 according to GOST 15150.
The machine is equipped with a software control system based on PLC of "Delta Electronics" company, touch panel operator with the function of UZI, servo drives of transverse and vertical feeds.
The kinematic scheme of the machine provides the following movements:
- grinding wheel rotation;
- reciprocating movement of the table by means of a hydraulic cylinder;
- transverse movement of the cross slide with automatic reversing;
- vertical movement of the grinding head.
