Yeast Propagator MTCHK for Efficient Fermentation in Food and Beverage

Matokhniki brand EPP (version with a jacket, stirring device) and MTCHK (with coil) are used at the enterprises of alcohol, food, livestock industry and are an element of yeast growing department and are designed for growing yeast. They represent a cylindrical apparatus with a conical bottom and a flat lid. Outside the apparatus is made jacket, used for sterilisation of yeast wort and its subsequent cooling. Apparatuses are equipped with a hatch and fittings for the input of wort, yeast, water, for the exit of fermentation gases, water from the jacket, the output of the finished product and wash water, can also be equipped with a stirring device. Methinkers are installed in premises having category D for explosion hazard (according to PUE).
