The heat exchanger consists of a casing, a tube bundle, the tubes of which are fixed in tube grids by means of argon-arc welding, an inlet cover and an outlet cover. The covers are fixed to the flanges of tube grids by bolts with nuts.
The front cover has a spigot for supply and a spigot for discharge of the coolant circulating in the tubes. On the body there are spigots for supply and for withdrawal of the heating coolant, directed to the intertube space. Also on the body there are slinging ears.Heating of one coolant and cooling of another occurs as a result of heat transfer from the heating coolant to the heated through the walls of the pipes. In order to increase the heat transfer coefficient of the apparatus and reduce its contamination provided for rolling on the outer surface of the pipes ring grooves, as a result of which on the inner surface of the pipes are formed a system of fused pipes.
