Waste Incinerator for Household and Industrial Waste - High-Quality Steel Construction

Insinerators of household and industrial waste are made of high quality alloy steel up to 15mm thick and consist of two chambers - the main chamber for burning the waste and the afterburning chamber to prevent emissions into the atmosphere.In the furnace chamber of combustion occurs the process of burning waste at a temperature up to 900oC, after which the flue gases fall into the afterburning chamber. In the afterburning chamber, with the help of additional burners creates a temperature of 1100oC at which there is a complete destruction of toxic substances, which reduces the toxicity of emissions into the atmosphere to a level well below the MAC (maximum permissible concentration).
