The wall-mounted information system for the hearing impaired "Istok" M3 (hereinafter - wall-mounted system) is designed to transmit audio information to persons with impaired hearing function in public places with increased noise level, to equip information receiving zones in order to integrate into existing public address systems. The system converts an acoustic signal (operator speech) or an electrical audio signal (hands-free signal) into an electromagnetic signal, which is received by a cochlear implant system or a hearing aid telecoil.

Ensures that there is no extraneous noise, thereby improving speech intelligibility.
