Vibration sensors IVD-4 are designed to measure the mean square value (MSV) of vibration velocity and instantaneous value of vibration acceleration in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the equipment at the point of contact of the sensor.
The sensors are designed for vibration control and protection of turbine units, pumps, engines and other industrial equipment installed in explosive and explosion-proof zones.
The sensors provide:
- measurement of vibration velocity RMS along one direction for all modifications and instantaneous value of vibration acceleration along one direction for modification IVD-4-U;
- generation of data array of instantaneous vibration acceleration value for its transmission to the upper level for further signal decomposition by frequency components using fast Fourier transform method (for modifications IVD-4, IVD-4-U, IVD-4-C);
- data exchange via RS-485 interface (Modbus RTU protocol) for modifications IVD-4, IVD-4-U, IVD-4-C.
