The vertical cylindrical gearbox type A-400 is designed for the mechanism of movement of the
bridge supporting single girder cranes with load capacity of 1; 2; 3,2; 5 tonnes GOST 22045-89
and load-carrying capacity of 10 tonnes TU 566.78.15-01-92.
Conditions of application of reducers:
constant and alternating load of one direction and reversible;
operation with periodic stops (repeated-short-term mode), duration of non-stop operation not more than 30 30 tonnes
non-stop operation not more than 30 min;
shaft rotation in any direction; input shaft rotation speed up to 1000 rpm, with limitation of the circumferential speed of gears
peripheral speed of gears -12 m/s;
atmosphere I and II according to GOST 15150 with air dustiness not more than 10 mg/mS;
climatic versions U and T for placement categories 1, 2, Z and 4 according to GOST 15150-69.
