Frequency range from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz, dynamic range over 135 dB, wide output power level setting range from -50 to +10 dBm, low trace noise 0.002 dB RMS at 1 kHz IF filter bandwidth, waveguide measurements (TRL calibration). The possibility of control via SCPI commands allows to integrate the device into automated control and measurement complexes of various complexity.
